The volunteer campaign for the Estrella Damm Catalunya Championship is now open
Golf enthusiasts who want to enjoy an unforgettable experience during the Estrella Damm Catalunya Championship have the opportunity to join the team of volunteers and contribute to the success of this great event, which will take place at the Real Club de Golf El Prat (Barcelona) from May 7-10.
Players such as Pablo Larrazábal, Ángel Ayora, and Nacho Elvira have already confirmed their participation in the tournament that will kick off the European Swing on the official DP World Tour 2026 schedule and set the stage for an historic golf event, the 2031 Ryder Cup.
The registration period for volunteers is now open. You just need to be over 16 years old and available for between 3 and 5 days. Volunteers will help with different aspects of the organization and will get an inside look at this new event that will bring together the best players on the DP World Tour.
In addition to enjoying a few very special days and sharing a great teamwork atmosphere, volunteers will receive some compensation for their support, which is essential for the smooth running of the tournament.
All participants will receive a complete uniform consisting of two official polo shirts, a jacket, a cap, a personalized bag, and an exclusive gift from the Estrella Damm Catalunya Championship.
During the tournament, breakfast and lunch will be provided, and volunteers will receive two free spectator tickets per day. They will also be able to attend the volunteer party on Sunday.
Finally, volunteers can choose between a complimentary green fee at El Vallés Golf (minimum 3 days of volunteering) or at Real Club de Golf El Prat (minimum 4 days of volunteering), subject to the conditions and availability of the course. They can also opt for a place in the Volunteers Tournament on Monday, May 11, provided they have volunteered for at least 4 days.

The Estrella Damm Catalunya Championship, a DP World Tour tournament included in the Race to Dubai as first event of the European Swing, is held thanks to the essential collaboration of the Real Club de Golf El Prat.
